Your cabin, high-speed internet, and the adventure of a lifetime are included. You’ll also be able to get involved in the sailing a bit. All you need to bring is your curiosity, sense of adventure, and a willingness to embrace paradise.
This experience is designed around remote work first. Most days offer plenty of uninterrupted time for work, with sailing passages, swimming, and exploring planned around typical working hours whenever possible.
You’ll have access to high-speed internet onboard, suitable for video calls, online meetings, and day-to-day remote work. While offshore conditions can occasionally affect speeds, connectivity is a core priority of the programme.
There is no rigid schedule. We move with the weather, the wind, and the needs of the group, sailing every few days to new anchorages, islands, or coastal towns. Expect a mix of sailing days and stationary days for focused work.
This is not a luxury cruise or a packaged tour. Weather, sea conditions, and logistics sometimes dictate plans. Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humour go a long way — and often lead to the most memorable moments.

Our route is intentionally flexible and guided by the weather, sea conditions, and the rhythm of life onboard. We’ll be sailing around the Caribbean, choosing the best destinations at the right time rather than following a fixed schedule.
Expect to spend several days at a time anchored near different islands and beaches, allowing plenty of space for focused work, exploration, and downtime. This slow-travel approach means fewer rushed passages and more time to settle in, connect, and enjoy each place properly.
Some stops may be lively island hubs with cafés and marinas, while others will be quiet anchorages with crystal-clear water and nothing but nature around you. Where we go — and how long we stay — depends on conditions and the collective flow of the group.
