As an RYA Instructor Germaine enjoys passing on his experience to others and finding ways of sharing his passion for this sport with as many people as possible. This is what inspired him to create a not for profit organisation that gives people the opportunities that normally elude them.  An excellent problem solver and a former Company Director in the high pressure entertainment industry, Germaine gets things done!
